Client Requirement:

As the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) continues to refine its cloud adoption policies for the financial sector, CIFAB recognized the growing importance of this space. Financial industry clients will undoubtedly continue moving toward cloud adoption and migration. At the same time, with the rapid evolution of AI technology and large language models, CIFAB wanted to stay ahead of the curve and explore this space proactively. Architecture Highlights:

  1. High Availability
    The architecture incorporates high-availability design across multiple components, including the Kubernetes Cluster, Ingress Controller, and Load Balancer, ensuring service reliability and fault tolerance.
  2. Scalability
    The Kubernetes Cluster can flexibly scale nodes up or down based on demand, supporting workloads of varying sizes. The Ingress Controller and Load Balancer are built to handle high traffic volumes.
  3. Security
    The architecture includes Authentication (Auth) and Authorization (AuthZ) components to control application access. The Ingress Controller also functions as a reverse proxy and Web Application Firewall (WAF), providing an added layer of security protection.
  4. Monitoring and Logging
    Built-in Monitoring and Logging components provide comprehensive system visibility and log collection, supporting faster troubleshooting and ongoing system optimization.
  5. Service Management
    As the MSP, Netron uses the API Server to centrally manage and automate operations across the architecture, improving overall operational efficiency.
