Knowledge base management, located below the function column on the left, the first option on the left. Click it to view the knowledge base files of the department, which will display the file name, update date, and file size. If the user has multiple department permissions, the displayed content will be determined by the department selected in the navigation bar.

You can use the drop-down menu in the center of the screen to select the data that can be confirmed within your authority.
