From "Storing Data" to "Using Knowledge": How Netron Information Technology Helps Languages.LIVE Turn AI Into Its Smartest Content Partner

Lang.LIVE integrated Netron Information Technology's NAVI, enabling AI to generate new articles and campaign plans grounded in historical data — accelerating content production while giving staff more bandwidth to focus on higher-value work.

For established businesses, the greatest challenge isn't how to innovate — it's that experience rarely gets passed on effectively. This is precisely where generative AI delivers its most compelling value: transforming fragmented knowledge from something "collectively stored" into something "immediately usable," allowing organisations to build on accumulated experience and grow continuously.

Lang.LIVE, Taiwan's largest live streaming platform founded by LangLive Cultural Media, is a textbook example of this shift. "We've always been diligent about organising our internal knowledge, technical documentation, and operational guidelines," says 黎欣捷 (James), Technical Director of LangLive Cultural Media Technology R&D Center. "But the approach was more like stacking things in a warehouse — you could find what you needed, but not always quickly."

Lang.LIVE partnered with Netron Information Technology to implement the NAVI AI knowledge management system, building a "corporate intelligence brain" capable of analysing and retrieving historical data to produce new content.

To address this, Lang.LIVE partnered with Netron Information Technology to implement NAVI, an AI-powered knowledge management system — building a "corporate intelligence brain" that allows experience to do more than sit in storage, actively participating in day-to-day operations. Netron's CEO, Oliver Wu, explains that NAVI first organises Lang.LIVE's existing data into an actionable knowledge foundation, then generates content on top of it — which is why it genuinely integrates into Lang.LIVE's workflows, improving the efficiency of both article production and campaign planning.

Using AI to accelerate, in response to a high-frequency, fast-paced operation

As the dominant player in Taiwan's live streaming industry, Lang.LIVE holds a market share exceeding 50% and counts 400,000 to 500,000 monthly active users. Sustaining that level of engagement goes beyond differentiating through talent-driven content — it also demands a relentless cadence of fresh content and high-frequency marketing campaigns.

黎欣捷, Technical Director of Xuri Cultural Media's R&D Centre, notes that NAVI has significantly improved the efficiency of both article output and campaign planning.

黎欣捷 explains that Lang.LIVE publishes social posts and articles every single day and runs an average of 20 to 25 campaigns per month. The content volume is enormous, and the speed requirements are intense. Editors must turn around articles in the shortest possible time after interviews, all while adhering to brand voice and layout standards. Meanwhile, the operations team must constantly devise new campaign mechanics and pre-calculate projected ROIs and participation rates under different formats — ensuring every campaign balances creativity with measurable impact.

This relentless pace is as demanding as it sounds, and team fatigue was a real concern. Lang.LIVE began exploring how AI could improve the efficiency of both article production and campaign planning — and NAVI proved to be the answer.

Use Case 1: Article Production — No More Starting from Scratch

Oliver elaborates on how Netron helped Lang.LIVE apply NAVI to both article production and campaign planning.

Starting with article production: Netron fed NAVI a large corpus of Lang.LIVE's existing articles, allowing the system to learn the brand's editorial tone and layout conventions, as well as the individual writing styles of different editors. Once this foundation was established, editors simply need to provide an interview transcript or relevant materials and specify a desired style — NAVI generates a working draft, which the editor then refines. This dramatically accelerates overall output speed and frees editors to invest more energy in quality control and topic development, attracting members to stay on the platform with content that's both timely and genuinely interesting.

Netron Information Technology CEO, Oliver Wu, explains that NAVI organises Lang.LIVE's existing data into an actionable knowledge foundation and generates content from it — enabling genuine integration into Lang.LIVE's workflows.

Oliver emphasises that NAVI doesn't write from thin air — it generates content based on the company's own accumulated material and standards, which is why the output aligns so closely with the brand's voice and real-world needs. Equally important, Netron can customise the system to each client's specific workflows. For example, NAVI can incorporate images alongside text and simultaneously output the corresponding HTML code — meaning Lang.LIVE editors can paste directly into the CMS backend and publish, without spending additional time adjusting layouts.

Netron Information Technology Business Manager, Hailey Ouyang, notes that as NAVI produces articles, it simultaneously outputs the corresponding HTML code, reducing the upload burden on Lang.LIVE's editorial team.

Use Case 2: Campaign Planning — Mining Past Experience for New Ideas

The same approach was applied to campaign planning. Netron loaded NAVI with Lang.LIVE's archive of past campaign templates, gift catalogues, and reward structures, training the system to understand the operational team's planning logic. From that point, team members simply enter a few keywords and NAVI suggests relevant campaign formats and reward combinations as a planning reference.

黎欣捷 describes NAVI as "a senior consultant on call" — one that offers a broader range of perspectives and format suggestions, shortens planning time, helps the team break out of individual blind spots, and prevents ideas from being recycled unknowingly.

Oliver illustrates this with the gift catalogue as an example. Every Lang.LIVE campaign requires a fresh gift configuration or new combination, and the database has accumulated hundreds of different gift types over the years — meaning planners routinely spent significant time brainstorming or searching for options. With NAVI, the system surfaces suitable gift pairings based on historical data, helping the team make more efficient use of existing resources when designing new campaigns.

NAVI can suggest appropriate gift combinations based on historical data, helping the Lang.LIVE team make more efficient use of existing resources when planning new campaigns.

Netron Information Technology PM, Keith Hsu, notes that with AI Agent concepts integrated into NAVI, the system now operates with greater proactivity, connecting to different databases and internal systems as needed to help users complete specific workflows.

Looking ahead, Netron will continue deepening its collaboration with Lang.LIVE — progressively loading more content into the system and expanding its applications. The shared ambition is to keep uncovering concrete use cases through real-world partnership, developing corresponding features as needs emerge, and continuously amplifying the value of knowledge and experience — so that technology doesn't merely remain at the tool level, but genuinely transforms into a driver of enterprise growth.
