Netron Information Technology Partners With LangLIVE to Make AI the Content Assistant That Truly Understands the Business

LangLIVE has implemented NAVI from Netron Information Technology, giving AI the ability to generate new articles and event plans based on historical data, accelerating content production while freeing employees to focus on higher-value work.

For a mature, established business, the biggest challenge is rarely innovation itself, it is the inability to pass on institutional experience effectively. This is exactly where generative AI creates value: it moves scattered knowledge to being used in real time, allowing an organization to keep building capability on top of its existing experience and continue growing.

LangLIVE is a clear example of this shift. “We have actually always kept our internal knowledge, technical documentation, and operating procedures organized, but it worked more like storing everything in a warehouse. You could find what you needed, but not necessarily use it quickly,” said James Li, Technical Director at Xurui Cultural Media Technology R&D Center.

To address this, LangLIVE partnered with Netron Information Technology to implement NAVI, an AI knowledge management system that functions as an “enterprise intelligence brain,” capable of analyzing and drawing on historical data to generate new content. This means institutional experience is no longer simply preserved, it actively participates in day-to-day operations. Oliver Wu, General Manager of Netron Information Technology, explains that NAVI works by organizing LangLIVE existing data into a usable knowledge base, then generating content on top of that foundation, which is why it fits so naturally into LangLIVE actual workflows, improving efficiency across both article production and event planning.

Using AI to Move Faster and Keep Pace With High-Frequency, Fast-Moving Operations

As the leading platform in the live streaming industry, LangLIVE holds more than 50% market share and reaches 400,000 to 500,000 monthly active users. Beyond its distinctive focus on talent-based live streaming, which sets it apart in the market, LangLIVE ability to maintain such high engagement and stickiness also comes down to its fast content refresh rate and packed schedule of marketing events.

James Li notes that NAVI has meaningfully improved the efficiency of both article production and event planning.

Li explains that LangLIVE updates its social posts and articles daily, and plans an average of 20 to 25 events per month. Not only is the volume of content substantial, the pace required is extremely demanding. After completing an interview, the editorial team has to turn around an article in a very short window, while still matching the brand tone and layout, and the operations team constantly has to come up with new event concepts while also estimating projected ROI and expected participation across different formats, all to make sure each event balances creativity with results.

This kind of high-frequency operating rhythm is not just challenging, it can easily wear a team down. That is why LangLIVE began exploring how AI could improve efficiency in both article production and event planning, and NAVI turned out to be the answer.

Use Case 1: Article Production, No Longer Starting From Scratch

Wu goes on to explain how Netron Information Technology helped LangLIVE apply NAVI to both article production and event planning.

Starting with article production, Netron Information Technology imported LangLIVE extensive archive of past articles into NAVI, allowing the system to learn the brand tone, layout conventions, and the distinct writing styles of different editors, then classify them accordingly. From there, an editor simply needs to provide an interview transcript or related source material and specify the desired article style, and NAVI generates a first draft that the editor then refines and polishes. This significantly speeds up overall output and frees editors to focus more of their energy on quality control and discovering new topics, using fast, engaging content to keep members coming back to the platform.

Oliver Wu, General Manager of Netron Information Technology, explains that NAVI organizes LangLIVE existing data into a usable knowledge base and generates content on top of it, which is exactly why it integrates so naturally into LangLIVE actual use cases.

Wu emphasizes that NAVI does not write articles out of thin air, it generates content based on the business own accumulated material and established guidelines, which is why the output stays true to the original brand voice and actual needs. Just as importantly, Netron Information Technology can further customize the system based on a client specific use case. For example, NAVI can combine images and text to produce a fully formatted article complete with accompanying HTML code, so LangLIVE editors simply paste it into the backend system to publish, without spending significant time adjusting layout.

Hailey Ouyang, Account Manager at Netron Information Technology, notes that NAVI can generate the corresponding HTML code alongside the article itself, easing the publishing workload for LangLIVE editors.

Use Case 2: Event Planning, Finding New Ideas From Past Experience

Turning to event planning, Netron Information Technology similarly imported LangLIVE historical event templates, gift lists, and reward structures into NAVI, allowing the system to learn the thinking process the operations team uses when brainstorming events. From there, team members simply enter a keyword, and NAVI suggests corresponding event formats and reward combinations as a reference for planning. Li describes NAVI as functioning like a seasoned consultant, offering a wider range of perspectives and creative suggestions, cutting down the time and effort needed for event planning, while also instantly surfacing past experience to help the team avoid individual blind spots and prevent unintentionally repeating an event concept already used before. Wu points to the gift list as a concrete example of the value NAVI delivers. Every LangLIVE event requires redesigning gifts or building new combinations, and the database has grown to include hundreds of different gift types, which often meant team members spent a lot of time brainstorming new gift ideas or searching through records when planning an event. After implementing NAVI, the system can now recommend suitable gift combinations based on historical data, helping the team make more efficient use of existing resources when planning new events.

Three Core Features That Let NAVI Truly Embed Into Enterprise Workflows

Beyond data management and content generation, Netron Information Technology also designed NAVI around real enterprise management needs, building in three core features that allow the system to genuinely integrate into a business day-to-day operations.

First, NAVI supports at least 20 large language models, allowing it to handle text, images, audio, and video depending on the use case. Second, the system can be deployed on a private cloud or on-premises environment, keeping data within the organization and reducing concerns about data being used by external AI models. Third, it integrates with AD authentication and authorization, allowing data access permissions to be configured by department and role, ensuring that when the AI responds to a query or generates content, it only draws on data the specific user is authorized to access, reducing the risk of misuse or data leakage. Wu adds that because the system can be segmented by department, it can also track usage by unit, making it easier for a business to manage internal cost allocation.

“What businesses actually need is AI that can embed into their workflows, not just a tool that answers questions,” Wu notes. This is why NAVI was designed from the outset as an enterprise knowledge management system, with all of the features above built around that goal. In recent years, in step with the broader AI agent trend, Netron Information Technology has also incorporated agent-like capabilities into NAVI, giving the system greater autonomy to connect with different databases and internal systems based on the task at hand, helping users complete specific workflows.

Keith Hsu, PM at Netron Information Technology, notes that with AI agent capabilities built in, NAVI now has greater autonomy, able to connect with different databases and internal systems based on the task at hand to help users complete specific workflows.

Looking ahead, Netron Information Technology will continue deepening its partnership with LangLIVE, gradually feeding more content into the system and expanding into additional use cases. Both companies hope to keep uncovering new, concrete applications through their ongoing collaboration, developing new capabilities as needed, and continuing to expand the value of institutional knowledge and experience, so the technology moves beyond being just a tool and becomes a real driver of business growth.
